01 / The mission

A prosperous future doesn’t happen by accident.

It takes people willing to connect new technology with real operations, thoughtful investment, and the conditions that let industry grow. This is the work we believe in.

I.

Modernize
What Exists.

Help manufacturers and logistics operators understand where robotics and AI can improve their operations, and what they need to prepare before investing.

II.

Build
What’s Next.

Explore how advances in AI, science, materials, and engineering can become useful products, new companies, and entirely new industries.

III.

Make It
in America.

Connect technological progress to domestic production, workforce capability, and policies that help industrial innovation take root.

02 / The platform

For the people building
what comes next.

Machine Inbound is a media, education, and events company connecting industrial ideas with the people who can put them to work.

03 / The person behind the platform

Erin Rapacki

Robotics & Physical AI
Industry Builder

Investor. Advisor. Author. Speaker.

Erin’s work centers on a question: how do we turn advances in technology into a more productive and prosperous future?

Through Machine Inbound, she brings that question into public conversation, education, events, and advisory relationships, helping leaders understand what can work today, what still needs to be solved, and what is worth building next.

04 / The questions shaping our work

Progress deserves
a closer look.

Explore the perspectives behind our conversations, education, and industrial agenda.

Robotics / DeploymentWhat happens after the impressive demo?+

A demonstration invites us to imagine what could be possible. An operating business needs a different set of answers: what useful work will the system complete, under which conditions, at what cost, and with whose support?

Start with the work. Define acceptable results, likely exceptions, integration needs, and the people responsible for recovery. Those questions help turn a promising capability into a serious conversation about deployment.

Automation / VariationWhat if the work doesn’t repeat exactly?+

Products change. Inputs arrive differently. A useful automation plan should identify the kinds of variation an operation must handle and the boundaries within which a system is expected to work.

Variational Automation puts that question at the center of the discussion. Ask what can change, what must stay controlled, how success will be verified, and when a person should step in.

AI / New industriesWhat can AI help us build beyond the screen?+

Consider the possibilities when new tools for mathematics, scientific discovery, and engineering meet a physical need. Which ideas could become better materials, useful equipment, new production methods, or entirely new businesses?

The industrial opportunity asks us to follow an idea all the way through: discovery, validation, manufacturing, adoption, and the people who will benefit from it.

Industry / Public purposeWhat conditions help progress take root?+

Our industrial agenda starts with a practical question: what would help more useful technology reach real operations? That brings capital, infrastructure, workforce development, and public policy into the same conversation.

The goal is productive capacity and human opportunity. We want to connect the decisions made in research, business, and government with the future we intend to build.

05 / Let’s build what’s next

The future needs
people who build.

Planning a conference? Preparing your operation for automation? Exploring an industrial opportunity? Let’s start a conversation.
